At Yip Outfit, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with a product, please review our return policy below.

Eligibility

• Products can be returned only if they are unused, in their original packaging, and not damaged by the user.
• Return requests must be made within 7 days after receiving the product.
• Certain products cannot be returned, including discounted items and shipping fees.

• Name
• Order number
• Product to be returned
• Reason for return
• Shipping instructions (address, method, cost)

Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed after the returned product is received and inspected. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method: bank transfer, QRIS, or e-wallet. Processing time is typically 3–7 business days.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges at this time.

Damaged or Defective Items

Yip Outfit does not accept returns for items damaged due to shipping services. Please inspect your package upon delivery.
